Sometimes I don’t really understand is it a self perpetuating mechanism? I feel like this cycle happens over and over again and it just never stops.

Slip and fall.
Of course being as clumsy as I am I slipped and fell horrendously today. I was too excited to see H.Paik and so I ran. No there wasn’t any ice on the floor, nope no water either.. just plain cement. I lost traction and fell flat on the ground. You know those movies with scenes where people slip on the banana peel and both their legs fly up in the air? Yeah.. that was me, minus the banana...
